Shaunna Overman is the Broker Owner of The Overman Group, a real estate sales team brokerage. Her team covers North Carolina from the coast to the mountains. Shaunna is a lifelong resident of North Carolina, and enjoys helping clients in the area she knows and loves. Shaunna is committed to helping her clients fully understand the real estate process. A background in marketing built her passion for cutting edge real estate marketing for her property listings. Shaunna is passionate about serving her clients and assisting them on their home buying or selling journey. From selling homes with a lifetime of memories to share, or selecting options in new construction, she is fascinated by the lives we live in the homes we love. Shaunna is actively assisting agents just getting started in the real estate business to serve their clients with the same industry knowledge and level of customer service and support. In her down time Shaunna enjoys traveling with her family, supporting her local community, and giving to animal shelters in need across the area. Shaunna also enjoys her time on the reunion board of her graduating class at Elon University.
Bryan is a native of North Carolina and has spent all of his life in the greater Triad area. Born and raised in Madison, NC - Rockingham County. A graduate of UNC Greensboro, Bryan has spent his time since graduation working with the public. In 2016 Bryan obtained his real estate license to help his wife Shaunna as her real estate business was expanding rapidly. Bryan currently serves as the Marketing Manager for The Overman Group. Bryan specializes in real estate marketing as well as training new team members on the systems and technologies that make The Overman Group a top 1% team in the Triad market and top 5% team nationwide.
Tracy Lilly is the Sales Manager of The Overman Group and a lifelong resident of the Triad area. Tracy began her career in real estate in 2015. She and her family love calling North Davidson home. Tracy has been married to her sweetheart for over 25 years and enjoys spending time with her family - immediate and extended. After 30 years in corporate, international business, Barbara decided to finally work in the field she always wanted - real estate. It's something that she’s wanted to do for years. Crystal Gardner offers a wealth of real estate knowledge with an extensive industry background including experience as an escrow officer, negotiating contracts and customer service. Crystal has a passion for the real estate industry and thoroughly enjoys helping each and every client with their buying, renting and selling needs. After falling in love with the mountains of NC, Crystal relocated to the Asheville area seeking to escape the frigid Winter temperatures found in the upper midwest region. Originally from Ohio, Crystal thoroughly understands the needs of her relocation buyers. In her free time Crystal enjoys rockhounding, hiking, traveling and spending time with her husband, kids, grandbaby and her two fur babies. Amanda Rodriguez moved to North Carolina as a young girl, and has been living here ever since.
